Yumika Stigler, MAFM (President/Owner) is professionally experienced in accounting, financial reporting, payroll processing, budget analysis, supervision, management and provides improvement with internal controls and policy & procedures. Yumika brings more than 15-years of accounting/finance expertise in the not-for-profit sector and has a keen eye for identifying problems, troubleshooting them, and making swift decisions. She places high emphasis on accuracy and quality; attention to detail; and is skilled in her ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts. Yumika is judicious and has the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential documents with integrity.

Yumika has built a strong team that consists of professional accountants with the necessary skills to successfully meet the needs of every client. Over the past year, Yumika has been a contractual employee with an accounting consulting firm; working with their clients to meet their accounting needs. July of 2021 was pivotal for Yumika, as a growing demand for her services reached its peak. She decided to venture out to establish her own initiative and STIGS BOOKING SERVICES now offers the public a professional quality experience at a thoughtful price-point that allows companies to forge a relationship and grow with STIGS.

There’s no surprise that Yumika would make this strategic shift in establishing her own practice at this juncture. She has always been a quick study; organized and able to meet her clients requests in meeting stringent deadlines. Yumika’s most recent success has been in serving as Assistant Director of Finance for over 4 years. During her tenure, she successfully managed a team of 4 (Accounts Payable Clerk, Payroll Administrator, Finance Coordinator, and Staff Accountant) and their daily accounting activities. Many of the additional responsibilities that Yumika delivered at her last establishment included proper maintenance of general ledgers, general journals, files, documents and reports for all income and expenditures related to the agency programs/departments. Yumika aided the CFO in the detailed preparation/revision of the organization’s annual budget. She assisted in maintaining accounting systems and procedures for the agency’s financial and administrative operations, implementing proper accounting of investments/securities, office equipment, operating expenses, payroll, and other major financial operations including the review and control of all non-budgetary expenditures. Yumika developed effective relations with vendors, auditors, community partners, and payroll servicers. Yumika held various other positions in accounting/finance which includes Finance Project Manager, Finance Supervisor, Senior Staff Accountant, Program Accountant, Accounting Coordinator, and Finance Staff Assistant.

 Yumika’s reputation precedes her, and her profession is well credentialled and endorsed. She earned her master’s degree in accounting and financial management at Keller Graduate School of Management. She also holds a bachelor of business administration degree with a concentration in accounting from Robert Morris College. Outside of her work life, Yumika loves to spend time with family and friends and enjoys traveling and volunteering in her spare time.
